I can not say enough good things when it comes to Dr. Avendano and his wonderful staff. Everyone there is absolutely fantastic!!! Dr. A. is very professional and great what he does. I have extreme anxiety going out in public let alone going to the dentist. Dr. A., Sandra his receptionist, and ALL the other hard workers there are so kind, patient & truly care about their patients. (Sorry girls I couldn't remember your names.) Honestly, as soon as I enter their office I calm down and feel at home. Sandra is amazing and genuinely cares about their patients. She will do all she can to assist you with any problems, questions or any help you need with your insurance. I love and highly respect everyone at Gresel Dental Hayward. They are all good, honest, hard working, caring people. And I'm so grateful I found them.

Cont, 2t The beautiful, young women who asst. in the office are THE MOST respectful, attentive, and genuinely friendly and caring people (in 1 office). The other day I was stupid and didn't eat. I got dizzy. Immediately Rachel and Dr. A took care of me. Rachel was so concerned and helpful. She stayed with me my whole appt, Everyone there feels like family to me already. Even though I only met these ladies once Tanisha, who did my CT, She sat with me and got to know each other a bit. She has a great sense of humor, And Jazmine for a quick min.. who welcomed me. with her beautiful smile. They are both just as friendly, caring and professional . I appreciate everyone at Gresel Dental in Hayward. My family said, If they all can get me relaxed and comfortable enough to get out, let alone go the dentist. And come back happy and in a good mood they'd think about switching to Dr. A also. I'll keep ya' posted,

I recently had my first procedure done by Dr. Avendano. Being someone who suffers high anxiety, Especially going to the dentist knowing there will be pain involved, I can't believe I found one of the Best. In fact, honest truth, EVERY person I have met at Hayward Gresel Dental has been unbelievably kind, caring, friendly, and ready to assist in any way to make things easier and more comfortable during your visit. Dr. A is very attentive to your needs. There's something special about that location and the people there. I hope I don't leave anyone out. Sandra, at the desk is remarkable at her job and as a person. She will listen to you and help in any way to make your decisions and payments easier for you. My words can not express enough, my first visit with ALL the Wonderful people at Gresel Dental Hayward. I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 yrs. I'm a ggrandma, and suffer Extreme anxiety when going out in public (imagine me at the dentist!) As usual, I was full of anxiety, heart racing, hard to breath and a babbling fool. Once I walked into Dr. Avendano office I was greeted by an Amazing young lady, I think her name is Samantha, I apologize if not. Ms. S. was SO friendly, helpful and Patient. She actually calmed me down within minutes. Assuring me I would be treated with the utmost honesty, care and professionalism by ALL the Staff. Which I was. Haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr. A yet, but his Reviews and his Staff speak highly of him. I was seen by a Temp. Dentist. So nice, friendly and thorough, along with their Temp. Dental Asst. Deborah (?sorry) who was great in every way. I actually look forward to my next! My prayers were answered and more.
