My first visit w/Gresel was SUCH an upgrade from our former dentist, even though they were okay. However, w/Gresel I was first welcomed by the receptionist (Amanda) who had not long been employed there. She was so sweet and hospitable and had me fill out forms, thus very delightfully instructed me re: this & that. She had a pleasant personality and I felt very comfortable w/her welcome. Then the dental aid lead me to where I was going to be helped and she too appeared to be w/calm and very mannerable. The Dr, Wu just wooed me w/the way he handled problem I had gone there for help. His work was exemplary. I was given a dental gift, etc. which I needed another tooth brush. Lastly, the administrator Sandy conversed w/me and made me feel so delightful. Her personality was top shelf. I came home and told my husband about my most welcoming experience at Gesell, and he was happy to hear how satisfied I was. His reply was: “Good, I can’t wait until I get to go there.” Now who wants to feel happy to go to a dentist? My husband does. Yes, Gresel is a wonderful place to have any type of dental work done.

The appointment was on time, the facility very clean, the staff and the dentist showed kindness while educating at the same time. Wonin, our son had the appointment. He is autistic and has some unusual behaviors, like biting when he gets steamed; not a good thing when you're poking around inside his mouth. The doctor handled him perfectly. Wonin was calm, happy and was rewarded with a lollipop. Just kidding, just kidding, dentists don't give out sweets, he did get a new toothbrush, a tube of toothpaste and floss. It doesn't get better than that!
